Does T1 Pro arrive assembled?
Yes, the bike will be delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
What is the maximum load capacity of T1 Pro?
T1 Pro has different load capacities depending on the part:
-Cargo box: Up to 65 kg-Rear seat: Up to 25 kg
-Rider weight: Up to 100 kg
*Unladen bike weight: 65 kg
Total permissible weight (rider, bike, and load): 220 kg
How many kid/children can I take with the bike? Are there any restrictions?
The cargo box can fit two children under 1.26m side by side. An infant seat can be installed using accessories. The rear rack supports a larger child seat via the MIK rack.
How far can I ride with T1 Pro?
Single battery: Up to 100km in the lowest assist mode.
Dual battery: Up to 200km in the lowest assist mode.
Can I ride T1 Pro in the rain?
Yes, the bike is rated IPX6 for waterproofing, making it safe to ride in rainy conditions.
