How do I earn points?
You get 1 point for every €1 spent. You can also earn points by joining the program, following us on Instagram, joining the Facebook group, adding your birthday, and referring a friend.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your TARRAN account and open this page. Your available points and pending points are shown at the top.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeem points on this page for a checkout discount: €50 for 1,000 points, €100 for 2,000 points, and €200 for 4,000 points. The reward is applied at checkout.
How can I earn points by referring a friend?
Use the Refer a friend card on this page to share your link. When your friend completes a qualifying purchase, you receive the referral reward.
How long does it take for points to reach my account?
Points can take a short time to appear. Some activities stay pending until they are approved.
