How do I earn points?
You can earn points through purchases and simple actions: place an order, create an account, fill in your birthday, follow us on Instagram , or join our Facebook community.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your TARRAN account and open this page. Your available points and pending points are shown at the top.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points for discount vouchers: 1,000 points = €50 voucher (min. order €200), 2,000 points = €100 voucher (min. order €300), 4,000 points = €200 voucher (min. order €500).
I purchased before creating an account – can I still get those points?
Yes. As long as you sign up with the same email address, the points will be automatically added to your account.
How can I earn rewards by referring a friend?
Use the Refer a friend card on this page to share your link. When your friend completes a qualifying purchase, you receive the referral reward.
How long does it take for points to reach my account?
Points can take a short time to appear. Some activities stay pending until they are approved.
