If your employer is registered with Bikeleasing-Services (BLS), you can order your TARRAN e-bike through our leasing process. Simply complete our online leasing form, and we will submit a non-binding offer for you on the BLS portal for your review and confirmation.

Your application will be reviewed and approved by your employer through the provider's system.

Step 4: Delivery & payments

Once approved, your TARRAN will be delivered, and monthly payments will be processed through salary deductions.

How can I lease a TARRAN e-bike?

Select your employer's leasing company and complete their application. After you receive your official quote and it is approved by both your employer and the provider, we will arrange to deliver your new e-bike directly to you.

Can I add accessories to my order?

Yes, you can add both the bike and accessories to yourorder.

Can I add TARRAN's insurance (Laka or Xcotton) to my leasing order?

No, TARRAN's partnered insurance options (Laka or Xcotton) cannot be added directly to a leasing contract. Most of our leasing partners include their own insurance package, which often covers theft, accidents, and damages. You may, however, choose to purchase a policy from Laka or Xcotton separately as a private addition.

What is the return policy for leased e-bikes?

You can return your leased TARRAN e-bike within 14 days. The product, packaging, and accessories must be returned in perfect condition.

The customer covers the return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns (costs vary by location). For returns due to product quality issues, TARRAN will cover the costs.
