Return & Refund Policy

At TARRAN, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. Check out our simple return and refund process below.

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
  • You can return your TARRAN product(s) within 14 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, parts, and accessories.
1.2 Initiating a Return
  • Email us at service@tarranbikes.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for return.
1.3 Shipping Your Return
  • Ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of return approval.
  • Use the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
1.4 Return Shipping Costs
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Refunds
2.1 Inspection and Processing
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s).
  • If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
2.2 Refund Amount
  • You’ll receive the full purchase amount (minus return shipping costs).
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
2.3 Diminished Value
  • If the item(s) show signs of use or damage, we may deduct a diminished value from the refund.

3.Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at service@tarranbikes.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the issue and your order details.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4.Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
  • Used products.
  • Gifted orders.
  • Sale items.

5.Exchanges
To exchange an item:
  • Return the original product(s) following the return process.
  • Place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
