Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouses located in Poland and Germany. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping applies to all TARRAN products except the L1 Series e-bike.
A shipping fee will be charged for L1 Series bike orders.
L1 Series accessories, as well as all other TARRAN bikes and accessories, ship free.
Exact shipping fees for the L1 bike will be shown at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
