Why does my new bike keep beeping?

This troubleshooting applies to L1s & L1m.

Cause

Your bike may still be in Transport Mode, which is enabled during shipping to reduce power consumption and protect the bike.

1. Make sure your bike is powered off.

2. Connect the charger to the bike's charging port.

3. Then connect the charger to the power supply.

The system will automatically exit Transport Mode.

4. Press and hold the Power button or use NFC key to power on your bike.

5. Check if the beeping still exists.
