Renew 4G Data Subscription

After delivery, the bike includes one year of free 4G data service.

To ensure uninterrupted use after the free period expires, a 4G subscription renewal option is available in the app (Ver.1.5.0 or later versions).

Follow the steps below to renew your subscription:

1. Open the app and tap 【Settings】.

2. Tap 【4G Expired At】.

3. Tap the button at the bottom of the page to enter the payment page.

Note: The renewal price is based on USD. The app automatically converts the price and unit according to the region you selected.

4. Review the payment details and select a payment method to complete the payment.

5. After successful payment, the page will display 【Subscription successful】. Confirm the new expiration date and tap 【Done】.

6. Return to the 【Settings】 page. The 4G Expired At date will be updated automatically.
